Six words, and they are the whole company. When you message that number, she is who replies.
“I did not start this company because the travel industry needed another agent. I started it because it needed fewer of them and better ones.”
I have sat with people who saved for six years and lost it all to somebody who stopped picking up the phone. I have seen a family miss a wedding because a visa application was filled in carelessly by somebody who had already been paid.
So I built Betini Trips to be checkable. I incorporated the company properly. I joined the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators and I keep the membership current. I go to Akwaaba, to the international trade fairs, to the workshops in Turkey, because I am not willing to recommend a place I have not seen or a partner I have not met.
And I put my certificates on my own website, where a competitor can see them and a stranger can verify them. That is not marketing. That is just what it looks like when you have nothing to hide.
Travel project management, not travel agency.
The vision
To be the travel partner Nigerians trust without having to think twice. Not the biggest. The one you would put your mother on a plane with.
The mission
End-to-end travel: tour packages, visas, tickets, MICE, destination management. We act as project managers, which means we own the outcome rather than just the booking.
