Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Betini Trips & Tours Services Ltd, RC 2000269, incorporated in Nigeria on 16 November 2022, trading as Betini Trips.

2. What we do and do not do

We arrange and manage travel. We are not an embassy, an airline, a hospital or a university, and we do not make decisions on their behalf.

• Visas: we prepare and submit applications. We do not grant visas and we cannot guarantee approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or high commission.
• Flights: we book tickets. Airlines set their own fare rules, schedules and change policies.
• Medical travel: we arrange travel around treatment you and your doctors have chosen. We do not advise on treatment or select hospitals.

3. Quotes and fees

You will receive a written, itemised quote before you commit to anything. Our service fee is shown separately from third-party costs such as embassy fees, airline fares and hotel charges. Third-party costs are set by third parties and can change.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment terms are set out in your individual quote. Embassy fees and many airline fares are non-refundable once paid, and this is outside our control. Where a refund is possible, we will pursue it on your behalf.

5. Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate and complete information, including any previous visa refusals. Applications built on incomplete or inaccurate information are far more likely to fail, and we cannot be held responsible for the outcome where information was withheld from us.

6. Complaints

Write to betinitrips@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. We are a registered member of the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators, and you may also raise a concern with NATOP.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
