What we collect

When you contact us through this website or WhatsApp, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your trip. If you become a client, we will additionally handle the documents required for your booking, such as passport details and travel dates.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your travel. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anybody except the airlines, embassies, insurers, hotels and ground operators strictly necessary to deliver the service you have asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are retained as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes.

Analytics

This website may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use it. These tools collect anonymised information such as which pages you visited and how you arrived. They do not identify you personally.

Your rights
