The questions people are afraid to ask.

Including the ones about whether we are real, whether we will vanish, and what happens when the answer is no.

Trust

Betini Trips & Tours Services Ltd is incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 2000269, a private company limited by shares, incorporated on 16 November 2022. We are also a registered member of the Nigeria Association of Tour Operators (NATOP).

Both certificates are published in full on our Journeys page. The RC number can be checked independently on the CAC public register. We would rather you verified us than trusted us.

We operate across Lagos rather than from a shopfront. We will come to you: your home, your office, or a public place of your choosing. There is no charge and no obligation for that first meeting.

Yes. In person or on a video call, whichever suits you. The consultation is free.

You lose the embassy fee, because embassies do not refund it and no travel agent can change that. What we will do is explain exactly why the refusal happened and what would need to change before a second attempt. Our own fee structure will be explained to you in writing before you commit.

Working with us

Within four hours during the day. If you message late at night, you will hear from us first thing the next morning. The person replying is Mrs Demi James.

For most packages, yes. It depends on the service and how close the travel date is. Ask and we will tell you exactly what is possible for your trip.

Practical

For anything involving a visa, three months is comfortable and six is better. For a straightforward ticket, a few weeks. For Hajj, start as early as you possibly can, because the deadlines do not move.

Yes, and groups are frequently better value than everybody booking separately. Churches, mosques, corporate teams, families and friends.

Yes, and we will explain in plain language what it does and does not cover before you buy it.

Yes. Airport transfers, protocol services, car hire and accommodation at both ends.

Most commonly the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Schengen area, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and South Africa. Ask about anywhere else. We have very likely done it.

Still have a question?

Ask it directly. There is no such thing as a question too small.
